Potluck is a marketplace connecting home cooks with local buyers. You are the seller of record and responsible for following your state's cottage-food laws.
Food is made in home kitchens that aren't state-inspected. You must label allergens accurately and honor buyer allergy notes. Potluck can't guarantee allergen-free food.
Payments run through Stripe. Potluck charges buyers a service fee (3% + $1) and keeps 10% of the item total; the rest is paid out to you after a 24-hour hold.
Buyers and sellers rate each other. Repeated no-shows, unsafe handling, or abuse can lead to removal.
